Digital-product licence
A purchase grants the named customer a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the toolkit for their own internal professional work. Files may not be resold, republished, shared publicly or redistributed as templates.
Professional judgement
Toolkits are practical starting points, not legal, financial, audit or regulatory advice. Customers remain responsible for validating assumptions, controls and decisions for their organisation.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Download limits and signed links protect licensed content; contact support when a legitimate access issue occurs.
Availability and liability
We aim to maintain reliable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.
