We collect account details, contact-form or resource-request information, order records and limited technical information needed for security and service operation. Payment card details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by K2 DigiPro.

Retention and security
We retain records only as needed for service, legal, accounting and security purposes. Access controls, encryption in transit and administrative logging are used to protect the platform.
